We strive at all times to get it to you sooner but here are some indications:

If we say In Stock, we dispatch same day (if ordered before 14:00 on a working day) and depending on where you stay it will be with you the next working day (Main Centres) or the next working day after that (Regional Areas). If you are in a remote area it may take an additional working day (a day longer than Regional).

If we say In Stock (You can also collect in cpt), the stock is available from our Cape Town warehouse and you can collect on the same working day if your payment has been authorised and you collect before 5pm.

If we say dispatched between X and Y days then it takes X to Y days to receive from a supplier and it will then be with you within a working day after dispatched (Main Centres) or the working day after that (Regional Areas). If you are in a remote area it may take an additional working day (a day longer than Regional Areas).

If we say Pre-order it means that your item will be dispatched to you on the day it's released.

We always try our very best to get it to you as soon as possible but cannot guarantee same day delivery.

And then there's a Friday, sigh... Try order early on a Friday, we can then try our best to get it to you on the same day (Main centres), otherwise we will have to get it to you during the next week.

Nice and brilliantly designed case. The front side audio is however not compatible with all motherboards.

I have an nice melted cable with my case now, and chances are you can't get the cable separately - so now a brand new case to be replaced by a new brand new case -sigh-

Got this Chassis 2 days ago... And I must say, this has been a very Good Buy, and Good Bye to my old chassis :P
It took quite some time sorting out the cable management system though, but other than that, it is a superbly engineered Chassis. The Air Cooling keeps my AMD machine phenomenally cool, reaching 50 Degrees Celsius while running L.A. Noire.

I am impressed, 5 Stars from me! * * * * *

I have this case and it's plain brilliant, this chassis can easily be compared to chassis with a +- R1400 price tag. it has good airflow and a lot of space to work in. My temps are always between 25 and 30. The only thing that i don't like about this chassis is the expansion slot covers, they fall out too easily, other than that is perfect. and to the guy complaining about the space for his Graphics Card, mine also barely fits in but it's perfect that way, otherwise you'll need a chassis a lot longer, which means it will be heavier and will become more flimsy. if you are unhappy about the space you should of measured you graphics card before buying the chassis.

for a gamer i do not recomend this case! Way to narrow and small. For your basic home or office pc its fine. Got mine today and my msi ati 5870 lightning only just fit in. The big fan on the side panel cant close if you have a big cpu cooler

I spent quite a bit of time shopping around for a new chassis and based on price, size, quality of workmanship and general user-friendly-ness this came up more often than any other chassis. I bought it, transferred everthing over and had no hassles at all. It runs cool (on average 2-5 degrees cooler than outside temperature) and VERY quite. Plenty of space for my six hard drives, Nvidia GT450OC GPU, 750 Watt PSU, 2 optical drives and Thermal Take Volcano Cooler. I'm very happy! I highly recommend this!

I believe this is a gamer's case.Some one complained that his GPU just just fitted,well, judging by the case dimensions his GPU is HUGE!! the size of a Geforce 9800 GTX probaly.In that case the chasss is just fine, because no case on earth is desighned to leave lots and lots of space in with a card like that.I myself had a Upsize case and my GPU(9800 GTX+) just fited,but thats fine,its fits! further-more the temp. gauge is amazing,helping you to detirmine whether you components' cooling are dooing their job,the case is olny supose to release the hot air inside and blow new cool air in.more than that you can monitor if you run a game,if your `GPU and CPU is coping by watching their temperature.It also has killer looks.This case deserves two thumbs way up!

to anybody looking to buy this chassis and wondering if they can install an after market cpu cooler, yes you can. I installed the Cooler Master Hyper TX3 and there is some room to spare between the cooler and the 250mm side intake fan.
