A great addition to a compatible Mac. Installed it in my mid-2012 Macbook Pro and saw an instant boost in performance. 10/10, would recommend.

Very simple to install provided you have the right tools on hand for the tiny screws on the bottom of a MacBook. Although the Apple site only mentions 8GB as the limit for the MD101 the kit most certainly does work. As expected there is significantly improved performance over 4MB. A no brainer to extend the useful life of the machine, particularly considering replacement costs and the lack of repairability/upgradability on current generation MacBooks.

Bought this to upgrade my Mid-2012 13" Macbook Pro from 4GB RAM to 16GB, and it worked like a charm. Performance is a lot better now, and it was relatively easy to install myself (a simple Google search will return a few tutorials). Don't go to a computer shop to buy this and get it installed, they will rip you off!! And will probably keep your computer way longer than they need to (install takes about 10mins). Thanks Takealot

I bought this to give Macbook Pro more juice. The price was right. The RAM was ordered and delivered on the same day AND it was very easy to install. Thumbs up.

Excellent upgrade to existing Late 2013 Macintosh 21.5" IMAC and I have seen a remarkable improvement in performance. The installation was quite tricky so best you watch a few youtube videos before attempting it.

Ram is working great!
Was a bit annoyed at first because there is no mention about mac compatibility in the description, but when the RAM arrived, the packaging said "MAC" nice and big on it, which led to quite a lot of confusion with regards to whether it would work on my windows computer.
Luckily the "mac" symbol just means that it is compatible with mac computers as well as pc.
It would have been nice, and saved me some research time if that had been mentioned.
