Denzel has done it again, he has amazed and impressed me like very few actors do today, he in so entertaining in his roles I could watch this guy eat his breakfast. Once again he plays this part with conviction and gusto, even though the plot is far from ordinary. I am afraid to give away too much of the plot as I did not know what to expect when I watched it, which make it so much better, but lets just say the title "Deja Vu" is spot on.

I can see this movie is going to go straight over some peoples heads, not to insult them, but it's a pretty tough movie to place in one specific genre. Its not a murder mystery, event though he has to solve a murder, it's not a action movie, even though there are some amazing action scenes (the car chase for one), its not a Scifi film, even though...oh hang on...im saying too much.

Basicaly the story follows Denzel as he investigates a terrorist act which leaves over 500 people dead. The authorities realise he is very good at his job and Val Kilmer enlists him in a new project that will allow him to track the guilty person using technology never seen before. Great stuff... now we just waiting for "Virtuosity 2.0".
