Returns Policy – Xbox 360 Consoles and Accessories :

The returns policy for the Xbox 360S consoles and accessories is 1 year, including the Kinect Sensor. If the console or accessory is faulty within the first 14 days of purchase, it must be returned to the retail outlet it was purchased from, with all the components attached and including the original receipt.

Any faulty consoles/accessories, after 14 days, please contact the call centre on 0800 991 550, it is open from Monday to Friday from 10h00 to 18h00, they will direct the customer’s call to Powercare to arrange collection of the unit and replacement as long as the console/accessory has not been tampered with in any way.
