Supplier out of stock

Of course you want to know — When do I get it?

We strive at all times to get it to you sooner but here are some indications:

If we say In Stock, we dispatch same day (if ordered before 14:00 on a working day) and depending on where you stay it will be with you the next working day (Main Centres) or the next working day after that (Regional Areas). If you are in a remote area it may take an additional working day (a day longer than Regional).

If we say In Stock (You can also collect in cpt), the stock is available from our Cape Town warehouse and you can collect on the same working day if your payment has been authorised and you collect before 5pm.

If we say dispatched between X and Y days then it takes X to Y days to receive from a supplier and it will then be with you within a working day after dispatched (Main Centres) or the working day after that (Regional Areas). If you are in a remote area it may take an additional working day (a day longer than Regional Areas).

Imports are a best effort service, we strive to get it to you as soon as possible within the guidelines above but it's not always within our complete control so if something goes wrong we will let you know.

And then there's a Friday, sigh... Try order early on a Friday, we can then try our best to get it to you on the same day (Main centres), otherwise we will have to get it to you during the next week.

If this is all too confusing, call us on 0861 222 989 or send an e-mail to info@takealot.com. One of our friendly employees will get back to you pronto.

This game needed an original disc to play.

Epic game. Only bought it a few days ago, and I'm completely and utterly in love. If possible, I'd probably marry this game.

Graphics - Legendary is the only word I can think of. Still today, in 2011, it has better graphics than a lot of the new games being released today - and that for a game from 2007! At 1920 x 1080, everything maxed out it looks completely gorgeous. Never before have I experienced this type of graphics on my PC, so obviously I'm very impressed.

The sound is good, lots of deep bass groaning and creaking, and enough high-tech clicks and chips to make you think you really are in the heat of alien battle.

The controls can take some getting used to though, but after an hour or so I got the hang of the nanosuit's controls quickly and easily, with no trouble in switching between stats in milliseconds and in mid-battle.

The weapons are awesome. I'd have liked a kind of shop and upgrade system for the nanosuit, but maybe I'm just not there yet in terms of game progress (it takes time playing Crysis, Dagon Age, Dead Space and Darksiders all at once).

Overall, epic game. By far the best FPS game I've ever played, and that saying a lot, as I normally hate FPS games. I really look forward to getting my hands on Warhead after this one, and then ultimately Crysis 2 will have a bash as well. They really can't mess up the system if the first one was so good, except if they removed the nanosuit, made the guns shoot sponge bullets and set you playing against teddybears with rocket launchers.

Best value-for-money FPS game I've bought yet (except maybe for the Left 4 Dead 2 I bought for R29 a while back).
