Well... How weird is this. The first game I actually starting having emotional reactions (rather than frustration) to the characters as I'm controlling them... Very weird.
This game plays with you as much as you play with it. It's a journey of Tarantino plotlines twisting in on themselves to create a storyline that's not only credible, but made me feel involved, wanting to play and a sense of hesitation to load, as I don't want to screw up a decision. But then it dawns on you. They probably put a trophy in there for every decision, so you're bound to play the game again, this time NOT killing the guy in one of the scenes.
You really start to get into character and feel the emotion of not knowing where the suspect is hiding. Not knowing what to do when your little boy runs into the crowd in a shopping mall and you can't see him at all.
Then I love the fact that its not all about getting a sequence completely right (like in Farenheit), but having multiple options available to you, and being able to make a few mistakes, without affecting the overall direction you wanted to go into.
Ok so its not 100% perfect. If they used Natural Motion as they did in Grand Theft Auto IV, the "robots" would walk more natural.
Oh and I love the FBI Agents Virtual World Office spaces... I'd love one of those... Mars is so peaceful...

Best game I played in my life.

Great Game with a very slow start. Still a great game when it gets going witha lot of options. Personally liked Farenheit more, which had an epic start and is longer. HR soon to have PS Move support.

Have you ever watched a movie and wished the characters could hear your insights? "Look behind you!", "Don't go in there!" etc.? This is interactive entertainment at its best!
Forget everything you know about playing video games - This one is unique in almost every way. If you are looking for a standard shoot-em-up or any other sort of genre where you have to follow in any form of path in order to complete the game, look at something else. This game is as real as it gets. It forces you to make split second decisions, and you WILL stick to those. The choices you make will either benefit or harm you, but life, and the rain, goes on. Wait too long to decide and the moment's gone. This movie-game tells an epic story that will draw you in to its innermost being. You will bond with the characters, you will want them to live, you will laugh and cry and screech...

Heavy Rain is one of the best games i ever played. The story is great and the storyline will suck you in from the beginning. The game is packed with drama and action, the caracters are very realistic with great game graphics and one of the best game soundtracks,if you put this all together the game gives the player a very realistic feeling. The story is more for adult gamers, there is alot of nudity, bad language, violence a few brutal scenes and also sex in the game.Another great thing about the game is the outcome of the game is depending on the choices the player make.GO AND PLAY HEAVY RAIN,it's not just a game, its a very realistic emotional ride and there is no game over, only the outcome of the game can end real bad.
