An excellent well rounded fitness DVD, three levels each one for 10 days. I do not sweat, my running partner always mocks me about that, on level one I was sweating badly. Jillian knows her stuff and the DVD is recommended to those who have the self discipline to follow through with the workouts.
Since starting with Jillian's workouts I have lost 30 kg's over four months and this DVD is the one you need to get you started and get off that couch.
