Of course you want to know — When do I get it?

We strive at all times to get it to you sooner but here are some indications:

If we say In Stock, we dispatch same day (if ordered before 14:00 on a working day) and depending on where you stay it will be with you the next working day (Main Centres) or the next working day after that (Regional Areas). If you are in a remote area it may take an additional working day (a day longer than Regional).

If we say In Stock (You can also collect in cpt), the stock is available from our Cape Town warehouse and you can collect on the same working day if your payment has been authorised and you collect before 5pm.

If we say dispatched between X and Y days then it takes X to Y days to receive from a supplier and it will then be with you within a working day after dispatched (Main Centres) or the working day after that (Regional Areas). If you are in a remote area it may take an additional working day (a day longer than Regional Areas).

If we say Pre-order it means that your item will be dispatched to you on the day it's released.

We always try our very best to get it to you as soon as possible but cannot guarantee same day delivery.

Imports are a best effort service, we strive to get it to you as soon as possible within the guidelines above but it's not always within our complete control so if something goes wrong we will let you know.

And then there's a Friday, sigh... Try order early on a Friday, we can then try our best to get it to you on the same day (Main centres), otherwise we will have to get it to you during the next week.

As a follow up to the platinum-selling Soldier Of Love, which reached number four in the UK album chart and garnered a well-deserved Grammy, Sade is back with The Ultimate Collection. In addition to classic Sade songs, the must-have album will include three new, never-before heard songs, including “Moon & The Sky” (featuring Jay-Z). Here for the first time, fans can find all of their favourite Sade classics from their most iconic albums, including songs from the Best Of collection and the greatest hits off of Lover’s Rock and Soldier Of Love. The track listing for The Ultimate Collection will be revealed shortly. Sade have also announced the second leg of their ultimate summer tour kicking off on May 27th, marking their highly anticipated return to the world stage in ten years.

Sade will be joined on tour by Reggae sensations The Jolly Boys, performing in Manchester, Birmingham and London to reach their vast and loyal fans. Sade’s classic sound set to haunting, unmistakable vocals creates the most intimate of concert experiences in a way that only an unforgettable Sade performance can. Sade performed for more than a million fans during their last tour in 2001.

The accomplishments of Soldier Of Love so far are astounding. The single, “Soldier of Love” - which Sade co-produced with Mike Pela, and was written by Sade along with longtime collaborators Andrew Hale, Stuart Matthewman and Paul Spencer Denman made radio history in America upon its release.

Known for their one of a kind timeless sound, Sade has enjoyed phenomenal success both internationally and stateside throughout the span of their twenty-seven year career. Since the release of their debut album, Diamond Life in 1984 the band has seen all five of their studio albums land in the Top 10 on Billboard’s Top 200 Album Chart selling a total of more than 50 million albums worldwide to date. They’ve been nominated for American Music Awards, MTV Video Music Awards and have won four Grammy Awards – first in 1986 for Best New Artist, then in 1994 for Best R&B Performance By A Duo Or Group for “No Ordinary Love”, again in 2002 for Best Pop Vocal Album with Lovers Rock and most recently in 2011 for Best R&B Performance By A Duo Or Group for “Soldier Of Love”.

An update of the 1994 compilation The Best of Sade, The Ultimate Collection contains all but two of the Sade singles -- "When Am I Going to Make a Living" and, unfortunately, "Turn My Back on You" -- released through the first six studio albums. There are six well-chosen album cuts, highlighted by the exceptionally spacious Love Deluxe ballads "Bullet Proof Soul" and "Pearls." For some Sade followers, the one rarity (a restrained Neptunes mix of "By Your Side") and four new songs will be enough to justify re-acquiring the old material. The best of the new songs is a cover of Thin Lizzy's anguished ballad "Still in Love with You," a surprising but strikingly appropriate choice that is granted a hint of sweetness. On the opposite end, a remix of Soldier of Love's "The Moon and the Sky," featuring Jay-Z, marks Sade's first and hopefully last collaboration with an MC. The greater part of this two-hour anthology condenses a rich catalog of impeccably sophisticated and subtly stimulating pop, from 1984's seductive "Your Love Is King" to 2009's chilling "Soldier of Love." ~ Andy Kellman
