Besides the batteries not lasting as long as the official MS battery or AA. This is pretty handy, my second controller is in the dock waiting while I use my other one :-).

Very useful product to have. My only gripe is that the batteries don't seem to last quite as long as normal rechargeable AA batteries. Also, the one charging port seems to have developed a bit of a loose connection after a couple of months

ITs really cool. I do wish the green light would only be on while there is a controller in one of the slots, and not on permanently like it is. Other than that this is an awesome product.

Awesome product. Besides the charging benefits, it provides a brilliant night light. I'm loving the green light, especially in a dark room and red when charging.
highly recommended for the serious and casual gamer.

The dual charger is a very handy device to have. It brings something new to gaming allowing you to charge your controllers. i find it great because i enjoy the wireless and this allows me to charge one battery while i play with another, and when your control dies you put it on charge and take the next battery. It is very easy to use and is very useful.

Very handy device. I particularly enjoy the green and red LED lights.

Not ideal. Seemed to run out of steam 2 months in with the charge station becoming very unreliable. Have not got a reliable full charge out of it since then. Better to get an official plug and play or just a micro usb - budget depending.
