Dear would-be PC gamers, a 530W power supply is not enough for a gaming rig, especially if you want to use a good CPU and GPU. Most mid to high range GPU's require that you have a minimum 700W power supply.
The current i7 system I have requires a minimum 600W system. You'll probably also want a gaming chasis to keep your gaming rig cool, a good gaming chasis will have at least 4 120mm fan slots and probably a couple 80mm fan slots. 530W just will not cut it. Rather get a 750W power supply just to be sure.

I dont know what this other reviewer is talking about. I have a Intel Core i7 4770k CPU Overclocked to 4.3 Ghz and a Nvidia GTX 660 Ti and a Liquid CPU cooling system and this 530Watt PSU runs everything just fine. Good powersupply, anything over GTX 670 then you should get 750 watt

I haven't purchased this PSU yet myself but I just hate when I see a clown who's trying to give people information they think they know about.
I have a medium gaming pc that's been running off my 550W PSU for the past 3 years (and I got the PSU 2nd hand) no issues.
Any "would be" gamer who is looking into buying PC components will be doing research, either by looking on manufacturer sites or the like.
Do your research before taking any advice from people.
