It says it is a 6 cup coffee maker but it only makes enough coffee for one and a half cups. It works really well though and easy to clean.

pours without spilling, and doesn't leak, great quality

This really is a fantastic coffee maker. It is very stylish and I like the coffee it makes. The only negative comment I can make is that it's lid looks a little flimsy compared to my aluminium Bialetti.

Looks as nice as the picture. Works well on my Defy induction hob. Note that one can't make fewer shots than 6 in a 6-shot kettle like this one. Not properly, anyway, because the coffee chamber is designed to compact that much coffee grinds.

Works really lovely and good quality. We have an electronic stove top and have no issues. Much better design than the aluminium pots in my opinion. Only negative is the lid. It is very flimsy and feels very loose. otherwise a really excellent buy

Bought this model to be used on my single induction hob, but unfortunately I only discovered after testing this coffee maker that my hob does not allow for any base to be less than 12cm in diameter. This unit measures 10cm in diameter. So it looks like I will have to get one of those tea making induction hobs for my purpose. So please beware of induction hob limitations when purchasing this item. I have managed to temporary circumvent my problem for testing the unit even though it is not an ideal solution. It does allow you to use a single ground coffee dosage with a 3 espresso shot of water as long as your hob heat setting is sufficient. There also seems to be some confusion with the liquid capacity of these coffee makers. The cups are espresso shot sizes of 60ml.
In terms of taste and value, I still think capsule type machines are hard to beat if one does not drink a lot of coffee. You do not get a "crema" like the capsule or espresso machines if that is your thing. If you are just after a single decent size coffee, this unit will suit you. It is more convenient and quicker than drip or plunger type coffee makers.

Been using the moka pot for a week. Works well. Preventing a higher rating is the lid hinge - quite fragile? and seemingly at odds with the overall quality.
