Just to add to Pieter's comment, this card's drivers is not compatible with Windows 8 or 10. It freezes up the operating system. Tried to resolve it with the help on the following link: http://forum.tp-link.com/showthread.php?81809-TL-WN851ND-drivers-for-Windows-10
But only ended up being very frustrated because as soon as you uninstall or access the wireless network the operating system froze.

Please be aware the picture in this ad is for a different wireless PCI card.
It is a different model and has 3 antenae whereas the actual card advertised (TL-WN851ND) only has 2 antennae. So a bit dissapointed in that regard I was expecting 3 antennae and feel a bit duped.
Having said that, the card itself (TL-WN851ND) I decided to install anyway. Installation of the card itself is straight forward, plug into an available PCI slot, close the case and screw in the antennae.I installed the software suite from the mini disc provided, all very quick and easy.
The performance of the card itself I couldn't fault. Full connection even though the router is downstairs in a different room. Speed is as advertised, and I have no issues with it.
