Total rubbish - could not even get it to stick on my windscreen, let alone hold my phone. Kept falling off windscreen no matter what I did - daughters of 21 and 23 could not get it to stick either and they also pronounced it as "rubbish, and a waste of money". It also comes with no instructions - yes, it is probably self-explanatory to techno boffins, but not to me.

Unfortunately total trash - was hoping for a mount that could accept a phone as wide as my Note 4 (which this does), but has such a poor arm design that that phone shakes relentlessly on even the smoothest roads. I could probably live with that, but I have to spent the other half of my time reattaching it as it just falls off, regardless of the "locking foot". It actually creates hardly any suction at all.
For the first time ever, actually considering returning something?

Works fine for my Samsung S5.

I really like this product because it's small and works well. Just make sure you seal it properly to your windshield or non-porous surface.
The only draw back is the plastic clips that hold the smartphone in place are a little bit too thin and inevitably break after about 2 or 3 months of daily use. I've been through 2 already.

Lasts about a month before breaking completely, but after about 2 weeks the resistance isn't strong enough to hold the phone in position and the phone droops downwards.

This device is cheaply made and flimsy. As a result, my phone bobs up and down all the time which is very annoying.I will most likely throw it away and get a decent phone holder. Don't waste your money on this.

Unstable and poorly made
Gary, South Africa. 18 June 2015
I attached mine to the windscreen with my IPhone5. It would vibrate to the extent that I could not use my dash cam app. It also broke after a month. Disappointed.

Works very nice and my samsung S5 fits nicely even in its case
Dimitri, South Africa. 13 November 2015
Poor quality, it broke while trying to install it.

its not tuff-luv, branded. but am happy with it, for its price, its one of the best you could get out there.
bob, South Africa. 10 March 2016
breaks too easily
Jonathan, South Africa. 23 October 2015
Very nice and compact. Problem is that is is to lose and when driving the phone shakes a lot.
Jesse, South Africa. 16 January 2017
The Tuff-Luv name is a bit of an exaggeration, as it's a rather flimsy mount which wobbles excessively on a windscreen. Still, it hold a cell phone fine.
