Great product. Plays all formats as stated (Flv, Mkv, Mp4 etc.) Pictures and movies are clear and crips, no pixelation whatsover. The remote is also very ergonomically designed with nice big buttons. It loses some points on the ugly user interface side of things (normal file explorer) and it does not come with a HDMI cable. Other than that its a great gadget for the price.

Perfect little media player. Plays just about every format. Remote needs clear line of sight but I don't think that's a problem. Does not ship with HDMI cable but takealot has a cable for R50. R500 for a robust media player and HDMI cable? YES PLEASE!

Great little gadget that replaces the normal multimedia player. This is ideal when you have a spare external hard drive filled with your favourite movies, music and pictures and have no way of viewing it than on the pc. Does what they say it does, easy menu and setup. Picks up all the files on the drive without any hassle. It can be connected to any TV with AVI or HDMI connectors, but no HDMI cable is supplied. Loses one star for the USB port is in the front and this makes this little device less practical and clumsy if a HDD is connected, but overlook this and you’ve got a full fletched multimedia player.

Works really well. The device is much smaller than I expected and plays allot more video formats than expected. It even force accesses devices that needs device software to run or recognize. Very cool little device :)
