Great case fan especially for the price!
I wouldn't use the fan at the bottom of the computer case. If an object blocks the airflow a bit (like my table) then it gets quite noisy.
For the rest of the case it runs perfectly.

A very good buy, these fans are fantastic for the price. I bought two of these and they have reduced the temps in my case dramatically.

Very audible but it keeps the system very cool

Good price. Super quiet !
Will buy again.

It's not whisper quiet! The specs are deceiving and I highly doubt this is 19bd at 2000rpm (not explicitly said in the specs though). at 12v it runs at bout 1850rpm an probably produces 90cfm (probably). If you switch around the molex adapter cable you can run it at 5v, probably half speed and 19db (probably). Other than that it's quite fine.

I bought two of these fans for my media server with the thought that it is going to make it more silent, but the exact opposite happened.
The fans run very quick and they are pretty lowed at full speed, which they run at permanently if you don't hook them up to a fan controller, which I thought would be the solution.
After purchasing a fan controller and hooking them up to it, to my surprise it seems like the fans cannot be run on a lower setting on the fan controller, so you have to run them on full speed or nothing, which completely defeats the purpose of the fan controller and my mission of a silent case.
So if you are not interested in a silent case, but a computer case that runs cool then go a head and buy one of them.

Great airflow, but your pc sounds like a plane. 19dB is for when the fan is running at a lower speed (most likely between 1000 - 1400rpm) not at 2000 rpm. If you are going to connect the fan to the mobo then this is a great fan. But if you are going to connect it directly to the PSU via molex and not to a fan controller this will be incredibly loud.
