We strive at all times to get it to you on time but here are some indications:
If we say In Stock, we dispatch within the time frame of the shipping plan you selected.
If we say In Stock (You can also collect in cpt), the stock is available from our Cape Town warehouse and you can collect as soon as your “ready to collect” mail has been received.
If we say dispatched between X and Y days then it takes X to Y days to receive from a supplier and it will then be with you within the time frame of the shipping plan you selected.
If we say Pre-order it means that your item will be dispatched to you on the day it's released and arrive with the time span of the shipping plan you chose.
And then there's the Weekend. In order to receive goods on the weekend, select our weekend delivery option when checking out.

I bought this on special, to upgrade my wife's very slow laptop (Asus X202E). The drive comes with a licence key for Acronis True Image, which made the job of migrating everything easy. I used a USB3.0 external drive case by Verbatim to do the transfer, and the old HD is now an external backup drive.
The laptop's performance is transformed! Startup and program loading is super-quick. Well worth doing, and the Crucial drive lived up to expectations.

Hi guys... I installed this into my Macbook Pro MD101, and I got to admit, for a budget SSD, this takes the cake. system used to take 1 minute to boot, now its under 10 sec, Final Cut Pro x with a 50gig project used to take 3 - 4 min to open, now, 45 sec! I HIGHLY recommend this drive to anyone who needs an upgrade

This is a decent SSD seriously, even without RAID and running virtualisation on the machine it is installed in with two operating systems running simultaneously. A decent drive for the job, hands down

A cost effective alternative to a traditional spindle hard drive. This drive ranks 300 odd out of 800 solid state drives, so by no means is it the best drive out there. For the money though and going from an older drive to this.. huge step forward.

I am very happy with my upgrade to this SSD. It has made a huge difference to my boot time - 10 seconds vs 55 seconds on the original hard drive. Obviously cooying files is still bottlenecked by other hardware, but it's one if the best hings you can do if you use your PC daily.

This will definitely improve the speed of your device. Booting, shutting down, opening files and installed programs is much faster! I don't know if it would be this fast on gaming PC's though, but for everyday computing this is wonderful!

Been pining for a very long time for one of these drives, and I can tell you that without a doubt it is worth every penny! Boot & program ready time on Windows 10 running 5 years+ old hardware went from in the region of about 50 seconds for boot to about 10 seconds and from about 2 minutes for programs to open on OS first load to about 20 seconds. One hell of a performance boost as you can see and I don't have to sit in frustration anymore, waiting for progs to open or waiting until system has done all its tedious loading.
Word to the wise though: if you are looking to migrate your OS to your new SSD, don't bother using Acronis as advised by Crucial - it does a k#k job of it and I finally had to revert to my old favourite, Macrium Reflect to successfully port my OS to the new drive. Other than that, well worth it! Cheers.
