I am very disappointed with heater. You expect paying R1499.00 that you will get what you paid for. Not so with this heater. I hope to get my money back.
First of all it does a poor job heating. Second of all if you switch it on there is no light indicator that it's even on. Only if you put it on max speed with fan will a light come on.
Complete waste of money.

It looks quite good. Be aware as reviewers pointed out below that there is a big "SLIM STYLE" embossed down the one side of it. It looks fine to me.
What irks me after a few uses is that it's got a weird smell the first few times, I hope this goes away. Also it does not have a light to indicate that the heater is on! Pretty crazy. It only has a light for when the fan function is on.

Wonderful safe heater with useful settings!

I don't agree with the other comment about the bad aesthetics. The device does have letters on the side that doesn't show on this picture but I think it looks very sleek and modern. Works great and as advertised. My only criticism is the timer knob that seems a little "cheap" compared to the other knobs. 5 stars though ????????

Just over a year later and after using this useless heater a dozen times it has died. Useless and overpriced. I want my money back!

I was happy at first, I was expecting the large letters on the side and it worked well... 3 weeks later and it just stopped working, the lights come when its on max with fan but nothing heats or blows. Ive contacted Delonghi in Maraisburg who have said they will collect it and try see what happened to it but what an inconvenience... Especially now with the cold front, feel like I shouldve gone with a gas heater or an oil heater at least I know those work and last...
