Pretty cool game. Be careful not to compare to previous Fable games though - this is quite different.
For one, you can't travel anywhere you like and go completely off the main story line like you could in previous games. This requires a set path which you have to follow. You can't even walk yourself it's kind of all done for you... All with the power of Kinect so be prepared to give your hands and arms a bit of a workout!
But the cool and different aspects of the game may make it worth the purchase... You get a horse which you have to clean, feed and heal by using your own gestures. And you get to control the reigns from a slow trot to a full on speed gallop. Regarding weapons, there are no cool swords or guns like in the previous stories so there's no Strength or Skill abilities. Instead you get to focus only on the power of Will, using your arms to shoot fireballs, rope slingers and lightning rods.
Also as a girl, I missed the ability to play as a female character and customise certain items, but that doesn't detract from the gameplay at all. It's all pretty much set in stone, so if you're looking for your own adventure and excitement, you may not find it in this game. But if you enjoy the Fable series and want to see the power of Kinect in an adventure game, then go for it!
