Not much changes from Fifa 15 and very very little changes in graphics. Changes in the general game play aren't very likable. E.g if you found things such as tackling difficult in Fifa 15, then you will find it near impossible in Fifa 16 (especially the higher your difficulty level). It feels as if that realistic feel and movement that you find in Fifa 15, has been lost rather than improved. Shooting/Finishing feels less realistic as compared to Fifa 15. Players sprinting seems to be much slower. Passing is even worse than ever before (with or without assistance settings) So if you are the type that loves playing Barcelona type of passing football, you will get very irritated as to how easy and how often you lose the ball, but yet playing against CPU in a difficulty level above professional will have you breaking your controller at how effortlessly they pass the ball and you barely able to get a single touch before the ball hits the back of your net. Positive changes are mostly in career/manager mode. The scouting network system is ten times better and takes much less time to scout a players. Player values are much more realistic (as oppose to Fifa 15 where someone like Mario Balotelli is valued at 85 million euros). Players ratings increase faster. The background layout is also very nice.
CONCLUSION; This is definitely not a "MUST HAVE" but rather more of an "UPGRADE" to FIFA 15. It feels identical to FIFA 15. But for me personally, FIFA 15 remains the best Fifa to date.
