Good quality picture but that's about it. The 'Smart' operating system needs to be constantly rebooted as it just stops connecting to WiFi. Also- NO SHOWMAX APP. the Netflix app is fine but you must log out and back in again every day otherwise it won't even load. The app doesn't remember passwords or login emails so you have to start from scratch every time. There is no firmware upgrade.
Should have spent the extra two grand and got the LG.

One of the few larger TVs under 10k that have UHD and HDR support, great visuals and nice smart functions. Standard HD content can look a bit fuzzy and I had to play around with the display settings to get the best colour, contrast and brightness ratio, but it works brilliantly. Definitely worth what you pay

Great TV; great for gaming; great value. My only complaint is that there are three small marks on the screen, barely noticeable mind you, possibly from pressure applied during transportation.

Excellent picture quality but sound is a little soft. However, the 'Smart' system has serious issues. The Netflix app needs resetting almost every day (which requires you to login again) and just suddenly, for no reason, stops connecting to the WiFi. I'm using my Xbox now as the smart function can't be upgraded and gets too annouying.

Super disappointed with this TV. Netflix keeps coming up with an error and needs to be reset, the tv randomly hangs up or just goes blank. The tv is very soft, so had to buy a soundbar too. I have the 43” as well and its awesome, I have no problems with that one. The 50” has been sent back and it came back and I was told there was no problem. I agree with the other review, it makes watching tv really hard work! I’m so disappointed in the tv.

This TV is good value for money. The backlighting is not fully LED (CCFL) which makes it quite a wide unit and creates some warmth from the screen compared to full LED TVs (I'm comparing to a LG 55" LED backlit 4K TV). Using the 4K resolution for a computer has worked well. Its not quite at the same level of picture quality as the LG (there are some noticeable problems displaying fonts) but considering the price it is more than acceptable.
So if you want 4K on a budget this TV is a great option.

Only thing good about this tv is the price and the picture quality. Pay the extra few K and get a better tv. not worth it. Smart functionality: super slow, keeps rebooting. Feels like a chore to watch tv. Very disappointed.

Great visuals. The applications are not great, but I use my PS4 and Android dongle for that and not dependent on the TV features. If you are going to rely on the tv's smart applications, then this is not a TV to get. If you have peripherals that you plug in to the tv to get online feature, then by all means go for it.

Excellent TV. Sound is a bit too soft therefore I advice that one buys a soundbar.

I purchased this TV after I read the reviews here, I have to agree with all the negative comments about the Smart functionality of this TV, if you are specifically looking for Smart functionality do not buy this TV. However, if you are a gamer like myself and looking for stunning picture quality for your PS4 Pro, you cannot beat this TV at this price and warranty.
