A good book for those on banting looking for small comforts. Just a note some recipies might require practice or trial and error to suit your cooking skills and tastebud.

Everything I cooked out of this book so far turned out amazing! Absolutely love all the dough recipes. A lot of the recipes use Xylotol, even the savory ones. I find that unnecessary, and just leave it out.
