Absolutely brilliant recipe book! Packed full of ingredient information, conscious eating tips, delicious recipes and mouth-watering pictures.
All the recipes are gluten-free, sugar-free and dairy-free. The recipes are super handy with freezing and make-ahead tips and the recipes can feed the whole family (not only kiddies). She's got recipes on how to make your own chocolate nut butter, almond milk, gluten-free pancakes etc. Every recipe entices you to 'free-eating'; she makes it so easy!
My doctor keeps this book on his desk to encourage his patients to 'eat free'. I cannot encourage you enough to buy this book. I keep it on my coffee table and look through it all the time. It's a delight to read every time I pick it up. It's a great gift idea for a new mom or someone wanting to eat healthier. Or just spoil yourself - it's a recipe book you'll always refer back to.
