Not bad., South Africa. 22 April 2016
certainly the best next gen version of rugby. but that's not saying much judging by what came before.

Riaan, South Africa. 10 January 2017
The best rugby game currently on the market
Reenen, South Africa. 26 December 2016
Great service and price from Takealot!
After reading several reviews on the product, i decided to spoil myself in anticipation of it being as great as its reviews.. I was shocked by how terrible this game is.
It is very similar to Jonah Lomu rugby challenge (i think both is made by Tru Blu Entertainment) and the only good thing is the licencing of the South African players. The overall game play is terrible, especially when getting a turnover and the whole back line is in disarray.
I know one can't really compare it to Madden or Fifa, but i do believe they are worlds apart from each other.
overall opinion: If you love rugby as much as I do.. Then stay away from this product.

This is by far the best Rugby game out since Rugby 2008. A good feature about this game, which has not been advertised, is that you can update your teams to their real life counterparts automatically if you have an internet connection. No more manual updates to teams!
Sevens mode, Currie Cup, Licensed Super Rugby teams; I'm really happy with this purchase.
Christiaan, South Africa. 6 May 2016
Not too bad. Still need some work in some areas. More enjoyable than RC2
Jono, South Africa. 30 September 2016
I avoided Rugby World Cup on advice of how bad it was and waited for this. This however was perhaps the worst console game i have ever played.
Brian, South Africa. 5 April 2017
Very quick delivery.
Gameplay is as expected...
Not brilliant, but still fun.

Bryan, South Africa. 29 April 2016
Very similar to RC2 but at least the naming rights have been secured.
Looking forward to many hours spent playing this game
Francois, South Africa. 16 June 2016
Some frustrating mistakes, but still crazy fun.
Louis J, South Africa. 9 May 2016
A good enough rugby game , needs work though as there is no real structure in the game , For instance the backline is in complete disarray most of the time.
RONALD, South Africa. 26 May 2016
can be better, but hey im not complaining by far the best rugby since rugby 2008
Helmo, South Africa. 2 August 2016
As always, good service from Takealot.
Very disappointed in this game. Rugby 2008 is far outshines this game. With graphics and game play. We need a good rugby game again. This game has really good reviews, which is a bit concerning.
Marius, South Africa. 29 April 2016
Nice game, best rugby game out there. You can also add the latest squads and names from the Fanhub. Still not up there with the likes of Fifa, but definitely the best rugby game out there by miles! It has all the South African Rugby licenses.
gerrie, South Africa. 31 July 2015
its going to be awesome
Darren, South Africa. 20 November 2016
is it called springbok rugby challenge because we have a quota system that makes us field inferior teams (rudy paige.... I mean really) oh and we also don't have a coach... AC can't be called a coach... this makes things very challenging for the springboks. makes sense I guess. great name
Duran Burnett, South Africa. 2 May 2017
okay so there is a few pluses, like being able to play most of the rugby series. and the fact that you can play 7's is also pretty cool. my problem is also not with the game play in general. the game is just insanely buggy. With line outs the ball will just go through all players and no one will catch it. at the touch line a player will sometimes just not ground the ball and either go over the deadline or for some reason dive and be back on the playing field and never actually scored the try. further on its easier to steal a ball after being tackled than actually being able to get back your own
