This book is bigger and packed with more information than expected. I am enjoying the exercises and find them doable :) The meal plans are easy enough to follow and swop with other meal options if preferred. Very happy with my purchase and feeling healthier for it already!

I've done the 28-day diet that did the rounds on Facebook and had great results. What I like about the book is that it contains some of the principles of Mediterranean eating, which I support. It has great food in it that is healthy and tasty. The author obviously put a lot of work into the book.
The drawback of the menus are the complexity of it. It takes a lot of planning to get ingredients together and the reality is that it takes weeks to plan before you can even start the diet.
